Sometimes a client merely wants a second opinion, or their own work load makes it difficult to conceptualize and conduct an interview. In this case we can prepare, organize and conduct an in-depth structured interview or several interviews and draw up a written report on the candidate. Depending on the client's preferences, the interview is conducted with or without their presence. Learning about the candidate and their competences (know-how, values, skills etc.) comprehensively is of key importance in making the right choice, and for that reason we truly devote our time to candidates invited to an interview.
