A comprehensive selection procedure – our most frequent service After exploring the database and publishing an ad we collect and receive candidate applications, evaluate them and invite those who meet the criteria to an in-depth structured interview where we thoroughly discuss the candidate's CV, career, work experience and career plans for the future. We discuss personal growth, further training, their successes and failures, expected and desired personal income and a possible termination of the employment contract. Special attention is given to the content and manner of candidate's personal presentation during the interview at our premises and later at the client's. A short list is then made along with the information about the candidates to be presented to the client. After the presentation the client makes a decision on which candidates they would like to meet in person. Our opinion is compared to the results of possible psychological tests and to our client's opinion. We believe it is very important for us to be present at the first interview with the candidate in the company. We facilitate the meeting, which makes it easier for use to mediate, if necessary, the final negotiations. In most cases we monitor the client and candidates until the employment contract is signed, and often we are involved in the process of the successful integration of the candidate into the new position in the first months. This form of cooperation saves the client time and, in turn, increases the probability of making a right decision and the success in signing the suitable employment contract.
